About David Elisma
David Elisma is a candidate for School Board Trustee, Zone 6, at the Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE), in Ottawa. A parent and a professional engaged in his community, he is running because he believes every dollar meant for French Catholic education should actually get there — not get lost in administrative paperwork.

A familiar voice on the airwaves
David is also a Radio-Canada/CBC collaborator, appearing regularly to discuss education issues. That platform lets him bring francophone families' concerns — school funding, student success, the vitality of the French language — into the heart of the public debate.

Reclaiming Fiscal Control (Breaking the 'Default')
The problem
The Assessment Act automatically directs school taxes toward the English public system. Millions of dollars are lost to our French Catholic schools through simple administrative default.
The commitment
Deploy an aggressive fiscal reclamation campaign (through our MPAC Wizard) so that francophone taxpayers' money — parents, tenants, and citizens without children — directly funds our students' success.
