Only individuals normally resident in Ontario may contribute. Corporations and trade unions may not contribute.

The maximum is $1,200 to this candidate and $5,000 total across candidates for the same school board.

The campaign may solicit under the brand name Victory Fund. That name refers to fundraising for the David Elisma campaign; it is not a separate organization or charity.
